		<description>That actually doesn't sound strange at all. I remember reading about some study from years ago that claimed that playing games while standing is equal to walking 1-2 miles per hour.

I just don't remember if that's in terms of burning calories or if it refers to blood pressure. If it was for blood pressure, I'd sooner say that it's more related to stress than exertion.</description>

		<description>This may sound strange, by playing standing up actually is a good health idea. You're more likely to move around stood up, and while it doesn't get your heart rate up, it's better than nothing :)</description>
